Physio training for athletes focuses on increasing physical fitness, injury prevention, improving performance and recovery after sporting activity. Physiotherapy training is suitable for elite and recreational athletes in adult and childhood. Physiotherapists also help athletes with better body awareness and more efficient movement during sports. In our practice we mainly use the DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization) methodology of Professor Pavel Kolář, but also other methodologies (Mojžíšová, Vojta, Feldenkrais, Kabat, Kenny).
